If you feel for any reason that you are not satisfied with our Polished cleaning services, our professional staff, or level of overall experience, please let us know by reaching out to info@getpolishedcleaning.com within 24 hours of your cleaning. Please note that we cannot guarantee our cleanings after 24 hours of your service. To promptly address your concerns, please include pictures or an itemized list of areas that still need attention, name of the staff member, or other information about your experience. We may agree to send our professional staff back to the home to correct any cleaning services that may have not been completed- free of charge. Should you desire, we may alternatively offer a refund of your Polished service, or present a discount for your selected future Polished services.
